Psalm 83:4
They say, “Come, let us wipe them out as a nation; let the name of Israel be remembered no more!”
For more than 3 millennium, Israel's enemies have vowed to wipe the Jewish nation off the face of the earth. Yet, as many attempts to make this come true, all of them have failed - miserably. The closest thing to removing Israel from the world was when the Hebrews were enslaved in Egypt, when Babylon and Assyria took the Jews captive, during the Holocaust, and when the nation was scattered throughout the world prior to May 14, 1948.
But wait! Wasn't all that prophesied in the Scriptures, as an act of God's care and His judgment? Oh, yeah! Come to think, it was! And yet, Israel still stands.
When God says He will do something, even to the promise to protect His chosen ones, you can bet your bottom dollar, He will. And for the past three-thousand years of wars and conflicts in the promised land, Israel still stands. What is going on today in Israel is NOTHING NEW.
The war in Gaza and the hostilities in the northern border, are indications that even though war and warfare is breaking out, Israel will survive and succeed. How do I know this?
There is only one way I know for sure, and where I place my trust and confidence that Israel will rise up above this mayhem - and that is by what is found in the Scriptures regarding Israel's fate.
The world is calling for Israel to step down and back away, and is accused by the world of being the one inflicting carnage on the people by Hamas, this too is NOTHING NEW.
If Israel were to be eliminated, then the unfulfilled prophecies about her will never come to pass. My bible tells me that Israel may suffer, as we will suffer, but she will remain in place, and under God's protection - even in the midst of world problems, enemy forces, and the tribulations stemming from God's wrath in the end times.

Say what you will about Israel, but be aware that God always has the final say. For now, keep informed of what God says in His word, and keep your prayers and your eyes on Jerusalem!
The things happening right at this moment have been ordained by God for a greater good.
Romans 8:28 "And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose."
The sufferings of Israel is NOTHING NEW. We are all called to some level of suffering. But the suffering yet to come upon this world will come like firestorm raging out of control.
So! Get ready and get saved today! Don't wait until things get worse. Come to Jesus now and ask Him to forgive you and receive Him as Lord and Savior of your life. The time is nearer for the Lord's return than you might think!
